Call Center Manager
Tawny Statzer joined Advocate Health Advisors as Call Center Manager in September 2020. In this role, Statzer manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s call center and handles agent recruitment and training. Statzer, who is based in Dallas, Texas, also implements new strategies for improved sales and processes.
Previously, Statzer managed call center operations and training for an insurance outsourcing firm. She also has worked with various large corporations, including Comcast and Starbucks, to ensure quality control and strategic deployment of new workflow processes. Statzer is a military spouse of 23 years. She holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
