Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Michael is a seasoned professional known for his practical experience in business management applications, including sales and marketing, team building, and quality assurance. His journey in the industry began with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University, followed by comprehensive roles that honed his expertise in Medicare products and services.

Before joining Advocate Health Advisors, Michael served as the Director of Medicare at Main Street Financial Partners, LLC, where he led initiatives for over five years, demonstrating an exceptional ability to select, train, and retain motivated coworkers. His tenure at UnitedHealth Group as a Regional Sales Director and at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, are testaments to his capability in driving sales, managing key relationships, and fostering business growth.

Michael's achievements include crafting and implementing customized financial plans for clients, leading sales training sessions, and innovating new strategies to reach potential members. Recognized for his sales excellence, he was awarded the top team sales representative at Aetna Medicare in 2011 and 2012. Michael's leadership skills were further exemplified during his time at Primerica, where he led a team of sales representatives, emphasizing sales technique and product knowledge.
