Human Resources Specialist

Nichole Castellano joined Advocate Health Advisors as Human Resources Specialist in April 2023. In her role, Nichole conducts all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll.

She previously worked at Publix as a Customer Service Manager for 10 years at over seven locations and received extensive Management and Human Resources training. Nichole also worked at Community Health Systems as an Executive HR Assistant.

Nichole holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of South Florida.
