Director of Finance, Accounting & Analytics

Dr. Ruben Cintron joined Advocate Health Advisors as Director of Finance, Accounting & Analytics in 2022. In this role, Dr. Cintron will work with CEO & Founder Dr. Darwin Hale and will be responsible for supporting the organization by delivering key financial metrics, creating measurable actions with data insight, and contributing to the executive decision-making process by conducting rigorous analysis.

Dr. Cintron has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (D.B.A) from University of South Florida. He is also a Certified Management Accountant, and a Yellow Belt Six Sigma.
